QCS builds enterprise systems and the automation around them. Our work sits
where business software, integration and AI agents meet — which is also where
most automation projects fail, because the three are usually owned by different
teams.

## How we work

We start from an operational problem, not a technology. We build on open
foundations so the client can change what we deliver without us. And we put
deterministic controls around anything an agent does, so autonomy has a boundary
that is written down rather than assumed.

## Where we came from

Years of ERP, manufacturing, automotive and warehouse implementations. Agentic
automation is an extension of that systems knowledge, not a pivot away from it.
