Our work sits\nwhere business software, integration and AI agents meet — which is also where\nmost automation projects fail, because the three are usually owned by different\nteams.\n\n## How we work\n\nWe start from an operational problem, not a technology. We build on open\nfoundations so the client can change what we deliver without us. And we put\ndeterministic controls around anything an agent does, so autonomy has a boundary\nthat is written down rather than assumed.\n\n## Where we came from\n\nYears of ERP, manufacturing, automotive and warehouse implementations. Agentic\nautomation is an extension of that systems knowledge, not a pivot away from it.",
