QCS is an enterprise automation engineering company. We build the systems, we do not just advise on them.
QCS builds enterprise systems and the automation around them. Our work sits where business software, integration and AI agents meet — which is also where most automation projects fail, because the three are usually owned by different teams.
How we work
We start from an operational problem, not a technology. We build on open foundations so the client can change what we deliver without us. And we put deterministic controls around anything an agent does, so autonomy has a boundary that is written down rather than assumed.
Where we came from
Years of ERP, manufacturing, automotive and warehouse implementations. Agentic automation is an extension of that systems knowledge, not a pivot away from it.
